Trinity Beach is an award winning beach and is situated in the heart of the Tropical North Queensland on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Cairns. Trinity Beach is a safe swimming beach with a lifeguard present. A stinger enclosure is present for the months of November through to May due to the box jellyfish and irukanji’s, which are present in the Tropical North waters during these months of the season.
Located only 20 minutes drive from Cairns city and 15 minutes drive from the Cairns International and Domestic airport, Trinity Beach is the ideal place to relax and unwind.
Nestled between the beautiful Coral Sea, which leads to the Great Barrier Reef and the magnificent world heritage rainforest, Trinity Beach has something to offer everybody.
Trinity Beach is an ideal base from which to explore the sights and offerings of the Far North Queensland. It is central to all local attractions and locations such as Great Barrier Reef, Skyrail, Daintree, Cape Tribulation and the Tablelands to name a few.

Shopping: Just a 5 minute stroll away is Coastwatchers Shopping Centre offering a selection of products and services including, bakery, butcher, hair and beauty, medical centre, Post Office, news agent, pharmacy, video shop, bottle shop, and Foodworks Supermarket. Foodworks supermarket is open every day from 7am to 9pm and they will quite happily drive our guests back to Trinity Beach Club with your groceries between the hours of 9am and 7pm.
Gymnasium: Trinity Beach Club is a member of the Trinity Beach Gym and we offer to our guests free use of this service.
Marlin Coast Bowls Club: Located at the corner of Trinity Beach Road and Captain Cook Highway is the Marlin Coast Bowls Club. This very friendly club invites guests to participate in their barefoot bowls, which are held on a Tuesday and Friday night. Great social evening.
Bus Service: The local Sun Bus company runs the bus service into and from the city. Approximate travel time is 40-45 minutes. Pick up your timetable from reception.
Climate
With plenty of sunshine, warm seas, refreshing sea breezes and a warm climate all year round, Trinity Beach’s weather is hard to beat.
Tropical North Queensland basically has two seasons. Winter (from May to November) has warm temperatures and low rainfall with an average temperature of 17°C to 25°C. Summer, also known as the Green Season, is from December through to April and is characterised by high humidity, high rainfall and average temperatures of 22°C to 33°C.
