Terms And Conditions
- Rates valid to 31 March 2012
- Low Season: 01 January to 14 June and 01 October to 31 December
- High Season: 15 June to 30 September
- Nightly short stay rates are per apartment per night in Australian dollars for 1-2 people in a one bedroom apartment and 1-4 people in a two bedroom apartment.
- Weekly long term rates are per apartment per week in Australian dollars for 1-2 people in a one bedroom apartment and 1-4 people in a two bedroom apartment.
- Credit card details are required to confirm booking. Cancellation policy applies.
- Children 0-3 years are free of charge. Adult rate applies for children 4 years and older
- Extra Person: 1 extra person can be accommodated using either a rollaway bed or sofa bed. Cost is $20 per person per night.
Cancellation Policy
- There are no cancellation fees for cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival.
- If you cancel 6-4 days prior to arrival, 1 nights accommodation will be charged to your credit card.
- If you cancel 3 days prior to arrival, 2 nights accommodation will be charged to your credit card.
- If you cancel less than 3 days days prior to arrival, or fail to arrive, then the full cost of the booking will be charged to your credit card.
We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover unforseen circumstances.
